Fit Jeep 4.0L valve cover perfectly, seals tight against what's laughingly called a PCV valve on that motor. Old one was hard as glass. Swap in a 180 thermo so these parts last longer. I digress. Good part, fits right, seems good quality.

Perfect fit for my 1999 TJ Wrangler Sahara 4.0L Good luck getting the old one out!I ended up breaking the CCV and prying it out, and the grommet had to be cut out as well. Over time the rubber hardens, then warranting a replacement since it will allow blow by. I used a few drops of motor oil to lube it up to allow a new CCV replacement to fit in to the hole. it took a bit of effort, but it certainly fit perfectly.

I went to install an aftermarket breather on my truck. Pulled out the old breather and realized that the new one was the wrong size. Went to plug the old breather back in and the rubber grommet had turned so hard that I couldn’t reinstall my breather. Now I was stuck. I ordered this to replace the factory rock hard grommet. Worked perfectly. Old one was a pain to get out but this one slid in easy and allowed me to pop my breather back on. 10/10. Thanks.

when your PCV vale breaks, or your breather elbow breaks on your Jeep 4.0, you're gonna find out the hard way, that this thing is gonna be hard as a rock. you might as well buy the new one. pro-tip: just take the valve cover off, so you can remove these without breaking even more stuff. great time to replace the leaking valve cover gasket, while you're at it. you know it's leaking, stop kidding yourself, and yes, you really need to replace both grommets, not just the one from the elbow you snapped off, trying to remove the hose.

BEFORE YOU ORDER THIS, YOU WILL NEED THIS RUBBER INSERT, there is no way to save the old rubber in the valve cover! This part is of excellent quality, the original PCV valve became very brittle and I bumped it and it cracked in half. Getting the old one out is a pain in the , well you know. My best advice is look on youtube at the videos and prepare for some cuss words. it will come out but you have to work it and never give up until you are victorious...lol, I did both just to get it over with! now I should be good for another 20 years. Yeah, and they don't just pull out, you have to literally dig them out!

Quedó sin problemas en el motor de mi cherokee para la válvula CCV (la que va por la parte de atrás del motor), ya tengo 1 mes de uso y hasta ahorita 0 fallas, si vas a hacer el reemplazo de esta arandela, recomiendo comprar la válvula también, dado que es muy probable que se rompa cuando la quieras quitar.
