Easy to install, look and function great! original springs were worn and not clearing rain well, also faded from sun. These really add to the looks with the gloss black and shed off rain water great.

This arm arrived and I had it installed in a matter of 5 minutes, ordered the OTC 4676 Windshield Wiper puller with it to make removing the old one easier. I couldn't believe the difference, the old arm has been getting worse for a long time and left streaks every time I had to use the wipers. I would have replaced the other side if I didn't trade the truck off the next week. I had no issues with this arm. Just be sure you are ordering the correct side, this one is for the driver side. As far as the splining missing this did not effect the use of this arm. I had to remove it once to re-align the arm and the splines on the shaft were perfectly intact. The sprayer worked great at speed and while parked. I can not comment on how long the arm will last, but it seemed to be finished as well as the original, which did rust so...

Much better than OEM. I discovered that the driver's side SHOULD be used for the passenger as well. The only difference is how far the washer nozzle goes up on the arm. The driver's arm has the washer nozzle much higher on the arm, making the washer nozzle apply the fluid the same on both arms.

Only a 4 because the blades wore out to fast in needed replacing in less than a month of little use, but spray the windshield very well, No more plugged holes..

After YEARS of thinking I had a flat spot in my windshield or that I was buying (over the course of 5 years) bad blades I finally decided to replace the arm itself; what do you know, the spring had worn out after 379k. No flat spot, blades just fine.

They rust and paint quality is poor-if you buy this wiper arm you will regret it

All was good perfect fit easy to install not sure if I got a defective one first bit of snow and it just slipped doesn't work now have to replace it again
