Repair took a total of 10 minutes. Part fit exactly, looks OEM.

Had to buy the special tool to remove old one. Struggled with that. Then struggled a bit with installation of new one. But pleased with end result! Time will tell how well it hold up.

So the spring on the new piece is smaller than the old spring, so i just swapped them. Also, i liked the small cap off of the old one better, so i swapped that too. The arm for perfect and no more slipping on the shaft. Great savings over auto parts or dealer.

Cap to wiper was already broken in package. Can’t imagine it will last on the vehicle.

Easy to install and fit perfectly. It would be nice if it came with a wiper Blade for the price though.I would recommend this part.I replaced the old one on my 2013 Ford escape.

where the wiper clips to the arm is too small, so the clip action from the wiper blade does not hold well, blade popped off and now I have some nice scratches on my rear window.....I purchased a new blade and the same issue happened so its not a fault of the blade side of the connection.

Very poorly made. You would be better off getting an authentic Ford part or another after market bran. The bolt cover broke before if was installed and it had very low spring pressure.
