This heater hose connects at three places, the reservoir, the lower water pump housing and the heater core connection at the three way fittings at the firewall. This part was the best match to OEM for installing on a 2012 Suburban. I reused all the original GM clamps from the original hoses where needed. Dorman makes a very good product and this part was a perfect fit.
