This Does fit a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser 2.4, Dorman's web site even states that it will even though Amazon's product info states that it will not if you have your garage set up and selected.I just purchased this item and it is a direct fit on my 2006 PT Cruiser 2.4 non turbo.

I ALWAYS USE MOPAR PARTS. THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK.I AVOID CHEAP PARTS. I READ ON DORMAN PRODUCTS WHICH CLAIM THEY FIT PERFECTLY AS AN OEM PART. THEIR CLAIM IS CORRECT FITS WELL AND I AM BACK ON THE ROAD.THANKS DORMAN FOR THE QUALITY PART
