Bought this to replace my son's diff cover on his 1998 Chevy Blazer 4x4. His was leaking a little and looked like he caught it on a rock, pulling one of the corners up causing the leak. Picked this up for him and swapped it out. Direct replacement and appears to be holding up so far. Like someone else stated, the stamp on it is off by 90* but it's not noticeable from behind the truck.

I've bought a lot of Dorman junk but this is actually a good cover. The magnet is secured well inside the pan, and it has a nice coating of black paint on it. This will fit a 2000 Camaro SS

Works on my 2000 Trans Am, no leaks. Installed with a felpro gasket and used a very light (just enough to see it) RTV sealer on the gasket ok both sides to help it stick as I torqued down. Cover it replaced pictured.
