This cap functioned properly. Comes as pictures, No paint on lettering. Fits like OEM. Fits Power steering pump for 2004 Ford Taurus 3.0 V6 Vulcan with OHV.

Blew the damn oem cap off the reservoir dry steering with the engine and pump not running when I turned the wheel full lock to do some work. It blew the old cap right off and bent the tabs that hold it on the reservoir. This one works good as new.

Tight leak proof seal! And they moved the vent hole to the top of the cap so settling water won’t drain into the reservoir.
