The bell crank, (Watts Link), came quickly with no issues, had directions, and was undamaged. Its installation was quick, but I ended up needing to replace both lateral links, due to them being stuck in the old Watts link. I ordered them separately and received them quickly as well. (If you can buy all three together at a discount, do so. Separate costs more) The install of the lateral links was real easy, but I also soaked the threads in PB Blaster for three days while waiting for their arrival. The 05 Cruiser now rides super quiet and tracks nicely down the road.**(I measured the length of the old vs. new lateral links and they were the same length. I bought Moog CK620665 and CK620666. I will still get a four wheel alignment and recommend all to do the same. Basic Metric and SAE [standard] wrench and socket sets along with a "pickle fork" were used in my install.)

Good quality item. Found it to be easier to remove the whole assembly from car with the tie rods.& link arms (remove from car frame mounts on both sides and then the Watts link in the center) on, replace the Watts Link and re-install on car. Took me about 30 minutes total.

the hole in 1/2" but the bolt is 5/8". At least this is the case on a 2008. Besides that issue it worked fine

Not knowing how it will perform over time, it is hard to assess but it looks well made & I have no reason to doubt that it will perform very well over time. I am very satisfied at this stage.

Never got to use this product, ao I can't give a yes or no answer, what I can say is that my father, prior owner of my PT Cruiser, is a heavy duty mechanic of 40 years, and states these parts fail quickly. He remanufactured the original part, installing a grease port on the side, and installed two bushings in the centre compatible with the grease port, and thereby making the part last much longer, so long as it gets regular grease applications.
