This is not a job for someone to take on with little experience but as a professional it was easy and it was a no brainer for the money! I would totally do this again if I had to, great quality and fit well. The 4 lines that go from the front of the vehicle to the ABS modulator did not route very well where it goes over the frame rail, I needed to adjust the bends quite a bit to make them fit neatly but overall it went smoothly and well worth the money!

Lines fit great, I relocated the rear mount for the soft line to under the crossmember, it is a bit tough to get too unless you have the bed off.Remember these are stainless lines and the metal is harder then normal brake lines so you may have trouble with the flared seals especially when connecting to existing lines (abs and Proportioning valve for me)I was able to get the proportioning valve sealed by loosing and re tightening several times, but as another review states it is a little scary how tight you need to get them.I had 2 on the abs module i was not able to get to seal up, so I ordered some 1/4 copper flare gaskets which should do the trick easily. If I had known how hard these were to seal i would have gotten the gaskets right away and installed them from the beginning.I had the rear line go, and decided to do the whole set, along with the soft lines, new calipers and do the brake upgrade to the 09 components in the front. Glad I wont have to mess with the brakes again for a long time.

Bought to replace my avalanche brake lines. High quality lines it seems. They unfold easily and sealed great. The bends are not 100% but close enough. Made to fit probably every Chevy truck for a lot of years. Took about 4 hours with 2 if us replacing with truck on a lift and bleeding so want horrible. Don't see how you could do this with the truck on the ground though.

...just buy the whole set and replace them all. The others won't be far behind. Watch a YouTube video.

Cheap alternative. The screws were a different size than OEM.

Stainless steel lines will last a lifetime, kit came with every steel line on the truck, it fit really well and needed only minor adjustments to fit in place. Really a good kit for your rusted out factory lines.

Of course it is a bit more work then putting the lines on with no body and some lines will need to be reshaped to sit in the right location after threading them through. All in all very good kit

The brake lines were 90% fitA couple were a little different shape, but still fit with a bit of wiggle. However, CHECK OVER THE LINES BEFORE INSTALL.I installed all lines, but one must have had a very small hairline crack from the flaring. It lasted about 100 miles before the crack opened right up and split. It wasn't clear what the issue was until the line was removed and inspected. It split under the fitting where it couldn't be seen. My brakes just blew out, and I lost most of my fluid travelling at 65 miles an hour on the express way. I wasn't happy.
