These worked great for my 2005 Tundra 4x4 Double Cab. Leaf springs in the rear are original and the old spring pads wore completely into pieces. Pro tip: lift the rear end and use a crow bar to separate springs. 15 minute job.

My truck was driving me crazy squeaking. I figured out it was these shims for the rear leaf springs. The 08 tundra has four of these per leaf spring btw. I didn't know and only ordered four. I replaced the shims towards the end of the springs on three and one interior one and they are now squeak free. The others on the next spring were worn but not gone yet. You'll have to trim down the button on these to about 3/8 inch in order to get them in place. You can't separate the springs due to a spring retainer. Once I figured out how on one it took about 15 minutes each on the others. Hardest part is getting the springs open. I used a big chisel to open it and place the shim. Best 10 bucks I've spent for my sanity in a long time.

Fit on my 2005 f150 2wd. The mounting ends were longer than oem, so I did have to trim the bottom a little. Worked great

I own a 2000 F-350 Super Duty that I've had for 19 years. It used to be quiet but over the years I noticed that it got quite loud, especially when I hit bumps in the road. I had looked at other things on the truck trying to figure out what was causing it (the shocks, steering, etc.) but coundn't find it. Then I happened to notice that the leaf springs had holes at the end of them with nothing in them. After speaking to somebody that I know they told me what was in there. I found these and bought them for my truck about 6 months ago and what a difference. As soon as I put them on and took it for a drive I knew that I had found the cause. It sounds like a brand new truck and is so quiet. I cound't be happier, highly recommend.

Cost effective, easy to install, and stops the leaf springs from slapping together causing that damn annoying noise.

Cut the nubbin down to 3/16in and it will slide into the springs of your F150 with gently persuasion from prybars and patience. the steel was worn down slightly with the metal to metal contact. this installed fixed it completely. a pack of 4 means the next one to squeak will get fixed with this ready on the shelf.
