Used these to replace factory dust shields that had seen better days. These were an exact fit and will be good for another 15 years. Typical Dorman, high quality!

I let mine sit for 24 hours before I filled the rear just cause that’s the kinda luck I have if I didn’t but it fit great and doesn’t leak

perfect quality, great prices 'thus far' 1 point I shall add is be sure to purchase the 2 piece dust shields unless you want to remove the axles to.I had to cut mine in half but it yett fits perfectly just make sure you get 2 bolt holes per side top and bottom.

Bought these to replace my completely rotted out old dust shields while doing a bunch of other work (rear wheel bearing & seal replacement and new rear brakes & rotors). You have to pull the rear axles to replace these which wasn't an issue given the other work I was doing (Dorman does make a 2-piece version of these that you can replace without pulling the axles so I'd definitely recommend those if you aren't already planning to pull axles for other reasons). These install fine, however, they will SQUEAK something fierce until you break them in. I was worried I got bad ones when I first finished up but after doing some research it looks to be common until you put some miles on them. After a few days of driving they wore down enough and no longer make any noise at all.

Look and fit on axle great. When it was time to put my rotors on I had to bend it and hit it just to avoid coming in contact with it. Even with some metal work it was still squealing for about 100 miles until it wore down. This was on my 2003 suburban 1500 z71. Could be different on other years

Had to use a hammer to tap in one spot on the plate as it was rubbing on the rotor. Not a big deal to me but just be aware that this could happen to you.
