I bought this to bring down the chimney on my meat smoker. It fit great! Tried the Home Depot aluminum duct, no bueno. This one allows your smoker to evacuate low, cold air and little smoke, using less chips and better temp control. No modifications needed or cutting, drilling, welding or anything! Just drop it in, still use the damper to control airflow, stretch if needed to reach the lower grates on your grill, keep an eye on your temp (I recommend 225F) and 8 hours after = Delicious Smoked Meat!

I have a small coffee roaster, 1 kilo capacity, and the hose from the exhaust on the roaster to the exhaust fan/filter kept melting. I gave this a try and it's working great. It's really aluminum and the heat has no effect on it, and best of all, it's a fraction of the price of other similar ducting!

It was very weak. Not like the ones I used to work with years ago. It cracked open when I went to change the air filter, the vehicle had almost no use since I put this part on.

This was just what we needed for our pellet stove. The Cold Air Intake that came with the stove was just a bit too short, and with some aluminum duct tape we were able to add the length we needed with this piece. It was even sturdier and a little more durable than the hose that came with the Pelpro stove. Our stove has been running fine with it too.

fast shipping, ok packaged, box was torn a little, product inside was ok, happy it is all aluminum and not aluminum and paper, seems pretty strong, fit was good also.
