Worked well on my old farm truck. It’s a Dorman so no clue how long it will last. Have heard Dorman has been upping their game in quality though. It’s a 22 year old truck so no about to pay for Mopar OEM parts for it.

Almost a perfect swap, however, the OEM bolts that hold the cylinder to the backing plate will not match. Both the left and right cylinders have a different thread than the OEM bolts so it was a matter of finding the correct replacements at the hardware store.I also had to fabricate a new short brake line as the OEM line on the vehicle was a different thread as well. While I'm fortunate to have the the means to make brake lines, this is frustrating when getting into a job and not having the part not being a direct replacement.I'm giving this 4 stars because once it was back together the brake worked flawlessly despite the extra effort needed.

It fit and it's cheap, so that's good. However, it kept dislodging its boot and leaking brake fluid until i replaced the internals (but not the rubber caps) with the ones from the old one it was replacing. Seems like a machining error caused their internals to be too small and allow brake fluid to break past the metal internals into the rubber boot area. Not ideal, obviously, since if you are replacing one with broken internals, you won't be able to do what I did. That said, for $10, I can live with this level of inconvenience.
