Update: the seller contacted me and quickly and easily replaced the one broken glass. While initially disappointed, I’m very happy with the customer service and making things right! Thank youGlasses are nice, but one was shattered in the box.

Absolutely love the look, size, and feel of these glasses. I received them for Christmas and was THRILLED! However, after unpacking, I placed them on the top rack of the dishwasher, with nothing else in contact with them, and the bottom cracked off of one of them. The information said that they're dishwasher safe! I'm SO sad...! 😟UPDATE #1: The seller has offered me a full refund (thank you!) and I will be trying these glasses again. I'll provide another update once I've received the new glasses and tried them out. Like I said: I love everything else about these glasses!UPDATE #2: I received another shipment of these glasses and gave them another try on the top rack of the dishwasher. Success! No breakage!! I believe what may have happened is that one of the original glasses had a hairline crack in it (perhaps during shipping?) that I didn't notice. When washed in the dishwasher, that may have been its last straw. ¯_(ツ)_/¯Regardless, I'm now a completely happy glass owner!! ðŸ˜
