Looks like it was copied from a copy machine and then put into a spiral ring.. all the pictures are in black and white.. I didn’t pay for a a copy machine book.. not happy

I was expecting detail info as it says handbook. But it's so small and less info that should be actually called "mini-cheatbook" for DOT regulations))
