Not even close to 7mm. More like 9+. Way too big even for a 1/2 sized bass. Don’t bother.

Je ne sais pas si certains violoncelle ont un pique aussi gros mais au départ ça ne tiens pas du tout. LE TRUC : "très efficace, propre et qui ne vous fera pas regretter votre achat", enroulez du tape électrique au bout du pique jusqu'au bon diamètre, un peu serré (tight) et enfilez l'embout de caoutchouc. Ça tiens très bien, ça ne parait pas et ça fais la job!

Certainly these were not 7mm interior hole size. They are 10mm, which doesn’t help.
