This was a christmas gift for my son. It holds up to 100 lbs if attached to studs but up to 150 lbs if attached to masonry or cement wall.

I bought this to organize my bands and ropes instead of all over the floor. It was very easy to install and works great to have my equipment easily accessible and out of the way.

I was pleasantly surprised just how beefy this little rack is. Holds all my bands plus more. Could be used for many applications and many requiring some weight. So I will likely be purchasing another. I chose to bypass using the little wall anchors and went with 50# drywall screw-type split grip anchors since where I wanted the rack didn't align with my studs. If you hit studs, however, the holes are perfectly aligned on the rack for 16" centers. Great quality, great product.

This is really nice and holds most my stuff. Would be 5 stars but I don’t like that my 45 pound bar doesn’t fit, I may have gotten a bad one out of the batch though. But I just lean the bar up against it so it’s okay.

I felt like this was a risk, but it was much sturdier than I had expected. I was able to hang many cable attachments on this rack with no trouble. Two lat pulldown bars, a close grip handle, a rope, straight bar, and 2 handles. No problem. Very satisfied with this purchase.
