These bars are definelty solid though I can't speak to them supporting up to 1000lbs. That aside I'm glad I got these. I'm not a mad upper body or core trainer but there is denfinetly value in having these.Decades ago I severed three tendons at my right wrist and also cut into a chunk of meat at the inside of the forearm. I mention it because extensions at my wrist is an issue. Finger tip or nuckles is how i adapted, and this was not ideal. The lack of proper muscle use imbalances the whole of the body. Minor pain or restricted use was first elbow, then, shoulder, neck, it then locks up in the spine or back, then it affects hip, knee, weighting, rotation, etc., while your organs get mashed to accomodate this structural imbalance, you get the picture. Minorly mind you, but it's happening. The last several years I just stopped and let my body relax and now I'm building it back better. More restorative activities and OMG getting that wrist to function properly. I can't tell you what a game changer this has been. There's a point where one does ask, am I releasing and rebalancing or becoming a bowl of jello. That's where these come in. These parallel bars allow me to hit the floor and get my core and upper body muscles engaged, I'm thinking I'm feeling more like rice pudding than jello, not a good feeling either way. I look forward to the continued use of these bars, until one day I get full restoritive funciton to my wrist, if not, these bars are here and are also a game changer.

First the materials are top quality IMHO. I used to work out a LOT in my younger years and things like this were only found in gyms or in expensive weight sets. Thsee push up bars are excellent at working your arms, biceps, triceps etc. and very comfortable to use. The wood feels good, and curves to your hand so you can get an excellent grip.Nowadays I am old but still try to work out as much as I can and even put together a small gym in my Lab so I could relieve stress and try to get some semblance of me back. This was a great addition as I didn't have any push up bars and due to 3+ surgeries in the past 7 years I have to watch my form and technique as to not injure myself, and these work much better than just doing it on matt flat handed or fist.I don't know if they have a full sized parallel bar set but it would be cool to be able to do leg lifts and such with such a set because of the quality of the wood and metal in THIS set. I am going to get a lot of use out of these and hopefully see some results!

Parallettes Push Up Bar Vine review. Brand: DOUBLE CIRCLE. The initial reviews are in, and they sing the praises of these two bars. For my two grips, there are two issues.1. If you look at the ingredients used, they are overpriced. Compare prices here. If you know someone in workshop class, ask them for a price.2. If you breathe in the non wood ingredients, they stink. Initially a StinkFactor 12. See below.3. Minor - not really impressed with the wood finishing. And therefore barely a 4 star review. 3.75.Extra Information: For lengths: Allow 17†out to out, 13.5†in to in, and for width: Allow 5†out to out.TPinSwUSA Vine Voice rating scale:★ Well below expectations. And/or Listing is false.★★ Below expectations and/or Significant listing errors or Significant problems.★★★ Neutral - some good, some bad. Or highly priced for no known reason.★★★★ Meets expectations. Price seemed competitive when review was written.★★★★★ Exceeds expectations and/or the competition with Value. Unique. (Less than 30% of my Vine reviews.)*StinkFactor12 - Where 12 is the number of days it takes outside in sun, wind and rain to tolerate being near this. Not a joke, but not quite objective and therefore my estimate.

Double Circle Parallettes Push Up Bar with Ergonomic Wooden Handles - Calisthenics Equipment - Non-slip Parallel Bars for Strength Training and Calisthenics - Pushup Handles Parallettes BarsFantasic quality and very easy to assemble. The wood is narrow straight grain beech and comfortable to hold. Thewood is unfinished (no varnish) which is as it should be. Varnish means blisters.Thank you for reading my review and looking at my photos of this product. I hope you found it helpful!REVIEW PHILOSOPHY: I only review a product if it is something I am capable of critically evaluating through comparison, testing and use. This means I have experience of using similar items; or that I have equipment or tools that I can test it with; or that I have an upcoming need so I can actually use. I am as selective about getting an item to review as I would be about purchasing that same item, so yes, I expect it to be a good product. My reviews are NOT based on packaging or if it was delivered timely.

Very well made! They’re sturdy, and they didn’t go cheap on the metal and screws. Easily will hold a man over 200. Sleek design too and the wood is sanded so you don’t have to worry about slivers. Definitely a great build and highly recommend! Easy to put together too.

These parallettes are rock solid! No wobbling at all, even during intense workouts. The ergonomic design makes a huge difference—way easier on the wrists and super comfortable to grip. They have a premium feel, look great, and add a pro touch to my home gym. Highly recommend for anyone into calisthenics or bodyweight training!
