I needed a free-standing and mobile solution for kayak storage and this really fits the bill. After looking at the parts, it was fairly intuitive how to put it together but I read the instructions anyway so I wouldn’t have to disassemble and repeat any steps. For the money, these are very sturdy. I was thinking of putting some anchors over the feet, pounded into the ground, to stabilize them against wind, but with both kayaks loaded, they seem to be just fine. My storage location is not in a particularly wind prone space. They look nice and meet the approval of my HOA for outside sporting goods storage. Not junky looking.I have a 14’ and a 15’ kayak. One of the things I like best about this is that there is no crossbar between the supporting stands so they can be spaced for your particular craft for best support. I also really appreciate that they came with straps attached for securing the boats to the stand itself. SUPER EASY to adjust the distance between boats without any tools!I gave this a shot because of the price point for the build quality and the reviews of which there were no negative ones.Very pleased with this and I would recommend to a friend.

We needed to get our kayaks off the garage ceiling for a couple reasons, but I don't miss hoisting them up there anyway. I love that these racks are two separate racks, you can space them just right for your kayak size and application. These are easy to assemble and reliably strong and secure. While they don't say so, I've used these for a couple years outside in the Pacific Northwest, subject to rain, cold, and moderate heat. The straps and paint look fine, nothing an annual blast from my pressure washer won't clean off. Since its outside behind my shed and still visible, I wish these came in less loud colors. My kayaks are yellow so they match I supposed, but understated colors would be nice.

I was looking for a kayak storage rack to store my kayaks outside as I had to get them out of the garage. I found one’s less expensive with the same kind of rating, but for some reason, it would not ship to my house in Illinois. I wound up buying these and couldn’t be happier. Extremely well built and solid. I like the way you can set the stands where you want them to fit the size of your kayaks. I have 16 feet Hobie kayaks and this rack is perfect. Super easy assembly. I did have to grab a couple wrenches to tighten the bolts. Very pleased with the end result. I am still trying to find the right place in my yard as they wind up being almost 6 feet high with both kayaks. Very solid, even though I have them on ground that is not Level. I didn’t want to cover a dining room window so I wound up placing it in the backyard by a fence for now.

The instructions are easy to follow with clear with images and steps. The storage rack is very sturdy and made out of quality materials. Great customer service with fast response time. One of the buckles came broken and I emailed the company, uploaded a photo and by the end of the day I received a response that they were sending me a replacement and emailed me the shipping label. I was very impressed.

It was super-easy to assemble it is very sturdy and fits my two LIFETIME recreational kayaks. My only complain is that, as others have mentioned, the restraining straps can be a little bit short. Made the straps work by adjusting the distance between the two stands. Well worth the money if it fits your boats. NOT FOR CANOES OR ANY REAL WIDE BODY BOATS. My kayaks are 32" at the widest point.

It’s a very Heavy box, so after it was in my car, I opened it to take out parts. Sooo east for an older woman to assemble too! Love the adjustable legs to help level it and the buckles to keep the Yaks in place especially in windy outside areas! The only improvement I’d make is a top bar on the uprights to hold curved paddles. Sturdy for a free standing unit though I’d still end up securing it to a wall if outside in high winds. Really a good investment!

Product was packaged very well, lots of bubble wrap to protect the finish, the hardware was well pkg'd and all accounted for. I had only 1 fairly minor issue while assembling.1) the holes for the three(3) parts that connect/bolt together at the bottom did not line up well. The required bolt would not insert. Just to keep things simple, I went to my local hardware store and purchased a diameter size smaller and this remedied the issue. I also purchased 'lock nuts' while there, just for the added security. I would suggest the manufacturer add these instead of the nickel bolt-nuts they provide.Otherwise, the instructions were easy, the assembled rack has multi-positionable arms to hold the kayak. The padding is of great quality and I really like the snap-straps for long-term winter storage. I did not add the support pads on the bottom 4-points of the rack since this is on outdoor ground instead of on the garage floor. But the screw in allowing you to adjust any of the four in order to be level n rest flat on the floor. Great product and Far Less $ than most! No need to pay hundreds$. ðŸ‘ðŸ˜

This kayak stand is very sturdily built. It went together with ease and came with good instructions. What I really like about it is that it is in two separate pieces, allowing you to adjust the distance between the rack to fit any kayak. It’s solid as a rock with the kayaks on it, and has heavy duty straps to hold them down. I’m very satisfied with this product!
