Nice large cutting surface that does not nick or scratch.. Very heavy-duty and easy to clean. It has two different surfaces, but have only used the stainless steel side so far.

I watched the video, read the reviews, and followed my instructions. My very first cut on the stainless steel side left a scratch. I returned it. My wife asked me : do they want you to use a rubber knife to cut the raw meat on the SS side. I did love the look of “wheat side “. I bought 2 wheat cutting board instead. The one idea is use to display your appetizer on the SS side.I must admit that I was intrigued to see how the SS side would handle the cutting of the meat and other proteins.

This is a very nice cutting board. Washes up great. Good solid feel to it.

I have bought a lot of cutting boards in my days and I love how easily this one washes off. I love the stainless side for raw meat to prevent bacteria growth and I love the white side for chopping vegetables. I liked it so much I bought 2!
