Exactly what I needed for my plastic mounting clips for my LED light strip. If you need to remove them just heat them up with a heater gun or hair dryer and roll them. Works great.

This tape has come in handy for a number of things for me now- namely being on a window in my home that has a broken latch. One of my cats figured out she is able to lift that window open (she must be super strong), so rather than throwing a screw in the frame, or duct taping the window to the sill, I threw some of this on the bottom, and it holds it down well enough that she can no longer get it opened! It has rained several times since I stuck this on there, and it's held up very well. I will definitely be keeping this around!

Got this to replace the ones I had on a solar light that was mounted to a brick wall sideways and still held for over a year this stuff barely stuck to the plastic even after I alcohold it and then showed no grippiness towards very smooth concrete which it said it could do and what I had mounted before

I have mixed feelings about this item. While this tape should work well for lightweight objects, the adhesive doesn’t feel very strong. When I touch the adhesive with my fingers, it sticks just like mediocre Scotch tape. I was expecting stronger adhesion, similar to very sticky packaging tape or high adhesion duct tape. I wouldn’t risk hanging anything breakable on the wall with this tape.I have this shower head holder with suction cups which won't stick to the bathroom tiles anymore, and wanted to add this tape to make it stick to the tile. It didn't work as I hoped. I understand the suction cups are not flat surface and maybe the particular material is not ideal for adhesion. So I won't totally blame the tape. Still the adhesion doesn't feel so strong.However, it should work fine for lightweight items. I believe it would be great for tasks such as cushioning/filling gap between a wall and an electrical plate. One note is that I received relatively narrow tape (3/4"), so wider tape might do a better job.

This stuff is strong. I use a lot of command hook like products to hang things in my home so I don’t had to make holes so I wanted to get a roll to have on hand. I’ve been using it for weeks now for so much and nothing has fallen down. Pictures, canvas, extra support for shelves, so much. It is pretty strong, and removal is a tad difficult, you can’t just pull it off. In every case I have to rub to get the adhesive off it doesn’t come off in one strip.

I have used double sided tapes for a lot of things over the years and will not use anything but 3M. 3m specializes in adhesives so their stuff simply works. You do have to choose the correct formulated product for your situation and also prepare properly. A lot of sellers are selling these 3m rolls that have been cut in various widths from larger rolls from 3m so it is not unusual. This tape is perfect for larger items that need that extra surface area. It is a fairly thinner foam tape so items taped will not stick out too far and will simply look better overall. This is a quality tape and will be very useful for many projects. This tape is 3m4026 tape with high sheer strength designed for interior surfaces.
