I’ve been using this mug since July last year. Last week, I took it out of freezer and it was cracked down this side. Was never dropped etc.. didn’t even get to use for a year!!

My in laws love frosted glasses for drinking their beer, and so when i found this i thought it would be a perfect gift for my FIL. He loves it, and it has held up great. I have seen a lot of comments saying the bottom busted open, so i warned them to hand wash only and they haven't had a single problem with it breaking or cracking, and the mug stays frozen for multiple beers.

Love this mug it's perfect for keeping things cold...it's awesome and I used it everyday. Unfortunately it cracked all along the length of the mug, The bummer part is is not under warranty because I've had it just 10 days past the 30-day mark.

Works well For what it is, hasn't cracked or split yet like some folks have reported. I have to wonder if maybe they set it on a warm surface or poured warm liquid into it when it was frozen. The temperature difference could definitely cause them to crack or split under those circumstances but if you are careful not to set it on anything too warm and use refrigerated liquids in it, I think yours will work fine too, I'd only hand wash wash it also. Mine is holding up great so far and I really like using it for rootbeer! 😊

This freezer mug is finally able to provide super coldness for my drinks.I always felt drinking cold beer or wine or pop or coctail or soda or any boose that they were just not cold enough even after keeping them in a very cold fridge or even by adding icecubes. Well, icecubes work somewhat in cocktails but NOT in other drinks. However, THIS FREEZER MUG IS A GAMECHANGER: FINALLY I CAN ENJOY ALL MY DRINKS SUPER COLD! AHHHHHH!It works, easy to use - absolutely great value for the money.

My husband has actually taken a cold drink from the fridge and put it in this mug and have it freeze along the edges. Obviously it won't be the same on a hot summer's day but definitely colder than straight out of the fridge. Important to note, after hand washing, do not dry holding onto the handle. I had one handle break off after about a year of use.
