If you remember these from restaurant supply companies and need one for home this scraper will not fit your bowl to scrape it clean.It's a harder plastic and won't work.

J'en utilisé un pour décoller ma pâte à pain du bol et pour la couper et ça fonctionne très bien. J'en utilisé un autre pour gratter les ustensiles de cuisine et les revêtements antiadhésifs et ça fait le travail sans égratignures.

This product has almost no flexibility, therefore, it is difficult to use it to conform to the shape of the bowl to remove dough.Hard to rate its sturdiness. Great, if your looking for no flexibility...
