These 1/0 hooks seem, very sharp, well made, and are a good size to use on my bait casting rods with a small plastic worm or lizard. I rigged up one rod with a whacky worm on the 1/0 hook and tried it out a couple of times with no success catching a fish (but I really can't blame the hook for that).The size, weight and opening seems about right for a 4-6 inch plastic worm but I would recommend a 2/0-4/0 for 7-10 inch plastic worms.

Like the hook size and style ... but I've hooked 2 large Bass and both got off because the barb is WAY too small and has no holding the fish on the hook ... won't buy again
