This cutter works good with aluminum 6061, however.. This is a METRIC cutter 50mm diameter, but the shank is 20mm, so the R8 collet inch size will work but slightly loose, we have inch at my job, not metric, but an easy work around, the picture shown as a display, is quite different from the actual one you'll receive, worth the money
