About this item

  • Replacement li-ion battery for compatible Doxie scanner
  • Compatible models: Doxie Go SE, Doxie Q, Doxie Q2

Doxie Go SE and Doxie Q Series scanners feature a user-replaceable battery – there’s one included with your scanner. Lithium-ion batteries have a long but finite life. Over time and many charge cycles, any lithium-ion battery will hold less and less of a charge. Eventually, you might want to replace your Doxie’s battery with a new one as a result. You might also want a second battery so you can swap batteries on the go – for when you have a lot to scan, but no access to power.
Compatible models: Doxie Go SE, Doxie Q, Doxie Q2
Please note:

  1. This product is not compatible with other Doxie models. Never unscrew or disassemble any Doxie scanner.
  2. Never use third-party batteries with Doxie products.
  3. Don’t use third-party battery chargers. Only charge Doxie’s battery inside the scanner.

Don't know about longevity but it was a simple plug and play operation.

Glad there is a replacement battery for Doxie, but why should I need one? And why should I need a 3rd party to supply it?

I see a bunch of batteries that are very close but they all have something not quite right this is the one for the doxie although it's at least twice the price of any of the others which is a bit sad but I'm hoping the quality is in how it lasts. I can confirm it works great though. 👍

The battery was a perfect fit to the scanner my husband uses for his company. It was easy to order and no defect. Any who uses the Doxie scanner can use this as replacement if they need one quickly.

How do you put this battery into the doxie go SE? Haven’t bought it yet, but it seems rather large. There are no dimensions. One of my pics shows a little door of sorts is that where the battery goes. Bought the doxie in 21 and wanted to use to scan photos, won’t even charge. So I am guessing I need a new battery. Thanks for any help you can give me!

I holds it charge and works well. I wish it would note its manufacturing date as Lithium ion batteries typically have a shelf life of about 10 years from the manufacturing date.

Very disappointing. Only used twice in 11 months and the battery no longer charges. Means my Doxie is totally useless - again. Did originally love the little scanner but having caught up I now only need it intermittently so I guess it’s the wrong product?Update: Doxie customer services have reached out to offer help following my original 1 star review. It seems the battery should have lasted longer. Brilliant customer service from them hence the increase to 4 stars.
