I used this to solve reversed wiring in an older home (i.e., the older switch connected the bulb to the ground (the bulb was always connected to power). I wanted to install Leviton smart decora wireless switches (no ground version), but you can't do that if the 120 V is unavailable. With the relay, you can use the Leviton no-ground version by using the Leviton switch to turn the relay coil on and off and then using the relay output to shorten the light bulb to the ground. Problem solved. This is a small unit and it fits in a light switch box. Works without any problems. A++.

Easy to hookup. Used it in my car for a 5V to 0v negative variable voltage switched circuit wired in to the ECU. Resistance is very low and doesn't damage car ECU (doesn't over draw amps). Smooth turn-on and turn-off. Been using it for like 9 months with no problems.

I have used these solid state relays in may different instances.I've used the 12 volt triggered and the 120 volt triggered relay. In fact my current home I'm using both. I use the 12 volt relay triggered off my landscape lighting transformer to turn on my pool lights with the landscaping so it's all together as one big landscape lighting system. The 120 volt relay I'm using for automating my pool water feature with a smart switch to trigger the relays normally open contacts to send 24 volts to the valve controller to open the valve and start my pool fountains. The smart switch is then programmed to turn on and off all by its self controlling my pool fountains automatically. Another project I have saved thousands by building my own automation with these awesome relays.

I've recently purchased the DPST 1NO 1NC 8 Amp Power Relay Module (AC/DC 12V), and I have to say that I am impressed with its performance. It's the only relay module that I have found on amazon that has one input controlling both NC and NO outputs, which makes it very convenient for my needs. The relay module is also very easy to use, with clear instructions and simple wiring. It is well-built and seems to be durable enough to withstand regular use. The fact that it is compatible with both AC and DC power is also a plus. The only downside is that it does produce a bit of noise when switching, with an audible click. However, this is a minor issue, and it doesn't affect the overall performance of the module.

Appears to work well.

I use these all the time to make control panels with dis-similar control voltages link together all the time. Super easy to use, would like them to come with longer leads.

This review mentions the relay having an input of 24 AC or DC. I connected to my 24 AC wiring and the switch wasn’t working properly. I opened up the unit and on the inside of the unit says the coil is 24 DC.
