Perfect for my breastmilk as I use the pitcher method and I also supplement with formula to keep my twins fed so I use one for breastmilk and the other for formula and it works great for us.

I produce a good bit of milk. I use these two jugs to store. I put a date on top of the lid and rotate the milks. This method has personally helped me alot
