Purchased for Christmas gift installed per instructions after 3 months went to use and on right side 2 of the slates came off and food hit the porch protection plan was not offered when I bought this item and now your able to purchase it which I strongly recommend or you will be left with only able to use one side I contacted amazon and was told that the window to return or replace has passed so save yourself the grief and buy the protection plan

I wanted to like this product but I can't. I've only owned the item for 2 months and the side shelves are already chipping, peeling and melted in a few spots. you're better off spending a little more money for a better quality material. take a look at the pictures. it doesn't take much for it to melt, chip, and peel. the screw are super cheap and already starting to turn orange.
