A great set! Sturdy and stable enough for my 7yr old to use without it slipping. Just be careful opening the box. We dropped one of the screws that was very loose, but we found it and reattached with no trouble!

It started falling apart even after tightening. and i lost some pieces because of it.

It's a really nice set with a lot of versatility. The seller is also great to work with. There was a minor problem with one of the compasses, but they took care it quickly. Great set for students!

The various components of the geometry set are well made and sturdy. They seem to be precision instruments. The set contains a variety of accessories to allow for different applications. I will mostly be using it for woodworking and metalworking. The case appears sturdy. Overall, I recommend the product and would purchase from this manufacturer again.

Look, I know what the average reviews rating is. If you are looking for something to buy your kid in school, then this is probably fine. It is definitely not up to professional standards though. Not only is it built flimsy with screw holes that aren't aligned, but the adjust creeps on you under various circumstances. The attachment for using a pencil makes the creeping out of adjustment even worse. If you are doing professional or college level projects, do not buy this.

I ordered the more complete box and it arrived broken and cracked. it was in such a state, that as I opened the package everything fell on the ground! One of the pieces was missing and the overall quality was HORRIBLE! immediately set a return for it. what a mess!
