Jayco loves to discontinue things leaving you to try and find replacements including simple things such as lights. There are so many of the same kind of light throughout my RV and those lights are now discontinued by Jayco. A Jayco parts place had none in stock, and said they would call me telling me some models that may be good replacements; they never called back. A dealer recommended this model, and despite not being the exact same thing, it served better than I thought; even brighter. I ordered enough to not only replace what had burned out, but enough to replace any down the road. Good price, and if you're good with hooking up electric wires and lights, easy to install.

It came in a plain white box, no invoice, no instructions. Standard wiring colors for 12 volt DC circuits in the US is red for positive, black for negative. The light is wired with black and white wires and the light is not markedfor positive or negative. A couple test leads with alligator clips and the truck battery confirmed the black wire as positive and the white wire as negative.It installed easily, did not come with any mounting hardware or screws, and was wired up quickly. It provides light in an area of our 5th Wheel that was in shadow and lights it up nicely.I literally just finished the installation and cleaned up my mess, so I can't speak to durability or reliability yet.Bottom line; it works as designed and I would definitely buy more when or if the time comes.

2017 Keystone Passport Elite 23RB. The switches on the OEM lights were breaking. Seemed to become brittle over time. 6 lights total in the RV and 4 have had broken switches. We use this trailer for maybe 80 nights per season so I though the lights should last longer. Time to replace... Looked for a good replacement and found the Dream Lighting product. Aluminum base for added toughness. The switch seems to be better than the OEM light switches. Glow in the dark - very soft green glow. I chose the "warm white" color which is more forgiving and not the ghostly "cool white" of most lights. To install I just clipped the old lights leaving as much wire to connect the new Dream lights. I used Ideal Industries In-Sure 2 port connectors and gently pushed the assembly up into the ceiling. No sketchy wire nuts. The dome cover easily twists on. I would buy these again.

Just installed them today (11/24/15) and it was completely simple. And wow do these things really light up bright. These are very low profile dome shaped lights. and the on off button is a small button in the middle that glows in the dark when you shut them off so you can find the switch easily at night. they are well made as well and dont feel super cheap for such a inexpensive light. And here is the best part, I put these in my 23' weekender sailboat. And they work perfect for it, I bought some "marine" dome lights for $35 each a couple days before finding these online at my local marine shop. when I found these I gave them a chance and ordered them, and when they showed up I realized they are almost exactly the same darn light. There was no reason for me to pay over 3x as much for "marine cabin" lights. So in a nutshel, yeah worth every friggen cent, great for RVs or Boats...

The light was all it said it was. A light..... but a good one. Small but not too small. Bright but not too bright. Big but not too big. One good feature is that the on button is luminescent so you can find the switch in the dark unless your stoned blind or just very stoned. If your stoned blind then you have no need for a light even if it glows in the dark. If your just stoned then that's a very handy feature. If it's daytime you don't even have to turn it on so who cares.

Same brand as in my keystone bullet rv. They work with no issues so far. Rv places told me to just get these from Amazon because they couldn’t compete with the price. Just needed a couple more for more light.
