I ordered these for my daughter after her last pair fell apart. They were the cheapest option I’ve found on and off Amazon and they were far better quality than the last pair we had. They came well packaged, have an extremely soft sole, and a nice matte black color (maybe order a different pair if you are seeking the more traditional shiny ones). I would say the fit runs a bit small. She is a size 13 and I ordered a size one which fits her well. In addition, you have the option of having a velcro strap that is removable or the more traditional ribbon tie. My daughter does know how to tie shoes, but she’s very slow still, so having the Velcro option is really nice for when we are running out the door. Lastly, the back of the shoe is built up to stay on her foot better and prevent sliding and blisters. All in all, I would say this is the best shoe for the value. You will be hard pressed to find a cheaper option and many of the more expensive options I looked at were nowhere near as good quality.

These suck. I've purchased a pair and the plates fell off. Screws were stripped. The plates fall off during the first use. The replacement pair the plates lasted a week.

I ignored other reviews about the shoes being bad quality, because how terrible can they be? Within half a dance class the teacher came out to try and tighten the screws that were coming loose. The screws are not traditional screws so they were hard to tighten and to find replacements. After that class we tried to use them again and the entire metal came off. Waste of money!

I took a chance with mixed reviews (as always) but they truly aren’t durable. My daughter only does tap one day a week for a half hour, and 3 months in we are missing screws and I need to buy a new pair. Save yourself the time. Don’t get these

Super surprised by the reviews. I have purchased these twice as my girls have outgrown them and then the old ones were handed down. Never had issues. Other parents in my kiddos class asked for the link so they could buy. Sizing was perfect. I've purchased these and prior to these always bought stella shoes these are just as good in my opinion

We only use these once a week and have had 3 screws break and leave the post in the shoe.*** Side note. I have since received a full refund in a timely matter and customer service has been very prompt. They have offered a new pair or another shoe style at no cost. So no I was not happy but they’ve since smoothed things over and I do appreciate that.

Cute but a little big and wide for a skinny feet. Bow comes untied a lot. And screws were loose.

My daughter has used these 5 times for her classes which are only 45 minutes long. I took them out of her bag this Saturday and the screw was missing in a plate, I checked the others and they were tight enough but when she finished the whole plate had fallen off. Her class teacher said that shouldn't have happened so soon. I now have a usles pair of tap shoes, I'd appreciate an email from you to discuss a replacement please or some screws.
