I adore these boots. They're very well made and fit perfectly - I'm a solid 6.5 and the 6.5 is a perfect fit. Unfortunately, one came in with one zipper that wouldn't open. While you can use the tie ups, it's a heck of a tie up. I immediately contacted the seller and the seller literally immediately contacted me back and was wonderful, offering me many different choices to resolve this, I choose the one easiest for me. I highly recommend these boots - they're very comfortable, look exactly as described - extremely well made (I was likely the 1 in a million zipper issues, of that I'm certain), and the seller cares greatly about their customers.

These are true to size. I have a wide foot and these are actually pretty comfortable. The insole is kind of hard, so they do hurt after a little while, but you can just get a cushiony insole to replace the one it comes with. They look adorable. The quality seems to be good and definitely good value for the money. As for the functionality, they're more for style than anything else. I cant speak to durability just yet bc I just got them.

I was looking for a new pair of grey boots, and I liked this style, so I made the purchase. I have only worn them two times and they seem comfortable and fit true to size (I wear size 8). I like the look of the "lace up" boot, so when I put them on, I immediately changed the laces to lace up through the lace hooks. After a couple of hours of wearing them for the first time, I noticed the laces on one boot were partially hanging down. It turns out the upper silver lace hook had pulled partially through the hole. I was able to push it back through the hole and it seems okay. I would suggest not tugging too tight on the laces as you put them through the lace hooks if that is the look you prefer. This is the only reason I didn't give these boots 5 stars.

I've worn these boots nearly everyday since I ordered them. Very comfortable fit and my feet don't get tired as quickly as my other boots. Sturdy and held up well while walking through the airport and throughout the day at work. I have yet to see how well they do in icy or snowy weather. Also, the strings don't stay when strung to the highest hooks, so better to tie lower as pictured. Zipper makes them very easy to pull on and off. The gray matches so much of my wardrobe, so this is what I was most excited about. Casual look but still nice enough for work.

Oh my goodness when I saw these ankle boots I had to get them. I'm looking at investing in the gray ones as well. I am a true fan DREAM PAIR SHOES! I got a size 9 and 1/2 and they fit wonderfully. I love that they are always comfortable insulated and keep your feet warm. The quality of the shoe is excellent as always. I always love that the boot the majority of them have the ID and card zipper on the side. That's the one thing I fell in love with when it comes to this company for making boots. I have at least now six to seven pairs of dream pair shoes. I have boots that are mid calf, I have high heel straps, the ankle boots now and the high heel ankle boots. They have so many different styles. And I love when I find a good price on Amazon for these boots.

Love these boots! They get me through the winter..look cute dressed up or down. Super comfortable. Waterproof as well. I had a problem with the zipper contacted customer service and they were great regarding replacing them..expeditiously at that! I'll definitely be purchasing more pairs in the future! Thank you!

These boots fit weird. I am a 9-9.5 and purchased a 9.5. I also compared the soles to other 9.5 shoes I have and they are the exact same length but when I put these shoes on, they feel massive inside. I wore them around the house for an hour and my feet were sliding back and forth inside. It felt like wearing clown shoes. The insole was very hard and thin too. I would feel the ridge going completely the length of my foot. I can only guess that the material must be very thin causing the shoe to unintentionally feel larger inside… I don’t know but these won’t work for me.They also were not very comfortable because of how hard and rigid the insole was. I considered purchasing a shoe insert for comfort and to take up space but decided this product is just not right for me.I also did not realize there are two sets of zippers. One functional and one not. I spent far too long trying to unzip the nonfunctional zipper and almost sent them back for that reason thinking they didn’t work! I laughed about that later.They do look fine though. Everything is as pictured.

I love these boots! They are true to size and the zipper on the side makes them easy to put on. But most impressively, I have been able to wear these boots comfortably to teach elementary school since day one! Unbeatable for the price.

Its difficult to find boots with this detail on, this style, at an affordable price. These don't look cheap and are honestly the comfiest boots. Like wow. My feet are wide and they are not too thin (ideally would come in a wide option as well but-) they are comfortable enough for me to wear all day. Your feet do get hot tho so make sure to only wear in mild-cold weather. (I sometimes like boots with shorts but these for me wouldn't be an option in warm weather). They are just very comfortable, perfect style, perfect price. Very happy would recommend.
