It’s like having a silent cleaning ninja in my home. Unlike the J9, which was as loud as a jet engine, the X40 Ultra hums softly as it works, allowing me to carry on with my day without disruption.Reliability has also been a major plus. I’ve had the X40 Ultra for a few months now, and it has performed flawlessly every single time. No more constant resets or troubleshooting sessions. This vacuum just works, and it works well.My only regret is not discovering the Dream X40 Ultra sooner. I wasted $1200 on the iRobot J9 and four months dealing with its inefficiencies and frequent breakdowns. I love this unit! The app is easy to use straight away with the clean genius, yet has a lot of customization options. I was astounded at how well it mapped my rooms even identifying rooms based on the contents of them automatically. It avoids all objects so I don't have to worry if something is left on the floor, so I can be confident in creating an automatic cleaning schedule when I'm not home.We have an older model Shark robot that doesn't have the lidar feature and it is constantly running things over and bullying it's way into spaces it shouldn't go thus getting stuck. We have had this Dreame unit 2 months and it has not gotten stuck once.I was apprehensive about getting one with the mop feature as we have both carpets and tile. It knows which surface it's on and picks up the mop pads on carpet. Or you can choose the vacuum then mop feature and it will leave the mop pads on the dock. Even with the mop setting at max wetness the floor is dry within minutes and it uses minimal water. I still have not had to refill the water tank. As for the quality of the mop job, it does a decent job of surface cleaning. About the same as a swiffer wet pad. I will still need to use my steam mop for a deep clean, but this is a great way to keep the floors clean on a daily basis. I've not had any problems of the dirty water bin having a smell even if I'm not home to empty it right away.This is a pricey unit but worth every penny.

It's a really great vacuum close to perfect if they add few updates to fix some issues, then this will be the best vacuum out there. Only have two maybe 3 issues which aren't major but it makes a great vacuum just okay (will list pros and cons below)Pros; great suction, really great obstacle avoidance, great mopping (check before and after pics), app is great, cleans the mop very well after use and dying, quite base, great battery life, extended side edge sweeping and moppingNegative; stain recognition can be touchy (i have area rugs with a square and circles and different colors and at times it avoids large parts or all my area rug due to it. I am in contact with customer services to hopefully fix the issue with maybe a future update. Will keep you inform), auto empty at high frequency isn't enough at times. Need to be an update to choose to empty after each room or time duration cause i have two huskies which sheds a lot, and lastly which most know about is not using side brush on carpet which can suck when you have dogs that shed a lot and fur on carpets get left behind on side of furniture or walls. (Which an update could have a option to turn it on one day hopefully. Would love to see) like i said can be minor and fixed but also makes you want to return it cause the high price tag. Which i may if not updated which is why Ima give 4 out of 5 stars cause it is a great vacuum and mop

Despues de dos meses de uso todo va muy bien, hay que ver el tema de los accesorios solamente pero es algo normal para el mantenimiento.
