My wife and I chose this shower in March and have only recently installed it (yes, we did the renovation ourselves) In the process of installing one of the glass panels, it slipped from my hand and hit the tile floor... It smashed into a million pieces. We were devastated, so close and now so far! I contacted DreamLine and a lady by the name of Sarah said she was going to assist me. I had to identify the exact part in the instruction manual, which she sent me by PDF. I was patiently waiting for the invoice and shipping fees when to my astonishment, a huge package arrived and in it was a new glass panel (actually two!) They had shipped out a new panel free of charge! I am soi grateful...Apart from that, the shower is a huge hit with my daughter and we love, love love it! Look no further than this company!

The product was not heavy. We put in marble flooring and wanted to use the glass enclosure only. Without the base it is too short. Since we have a high ceiling and shower head is high, water splashes over.We had a glass company custom make enclosure with treated glass and it was only a little more, about $300 and quality was so much better.

I've seen a lot of low quality corner sliding shower door kits. Chose this one because it was the only one I could find with the drain in the location I needed, so I was worried about the quality, especially on the rolling door mechanism. Very happy with the quality of the rolling doors. The gasket between the two doors has a magnet built in so the doors stay shut tight, limiting the chances of water splashing out. Only complaint is that there are not enough screw cap covers included to cover all screws inside.

I had to replace a mine one to to the fact that they didn’t make the replacements for the rollers so I had to purchase one and I thought the measurements were the same but actually this one was a little bigger it fit perfect in my space but I didn’t take into consideration the drain so I had to have a plumber come in and move my drain so make sure you measure everything

We put this in our Airbnb private room. The doors slide really well. Never a problem with them. Its solid as they day it was installed. I wash it after the Airbnb folks leave. Sometimes that's 3 days sometimes it is a couple weeks. We have hard water. Putting in hot water softner helped a little with hard water spots but I found at Smart and Final, a tile cleaner: Maintex shower Tb and Tile Disinfectant Cleaner.. its amazing!!!It took three professional men to install the Dreamlike Showe... lots of parts....in two different days, gluing the walls in and bracing them to dry for a couple days. Did a great job. At first there were hard water spots to deal with but I ran across Maintex professional medical cleaner. Its very strong even deluted. Not for kids to use ever. I spray it on and go over wash out the sink for a few minutes and come back and wipe the water spots off. I do use it on chrome and it says not to, but I'm careful not to leave it on and. I cle!an off all Spray right away on Chrome. This shower is super well designed. I waited 3 years to see if it works. Got it thru home depot and all the parts were there. Nothing damaged.
