This really is a high quality product. No torque spec for the hinges, so hard to know what is tight enough. The thick vinyl gaskets supplied between all hardware and tempered glass will relax some after install. Recommend you shim between the door and sill for 24hrs, then re-torque the hinges so it does not sag out of alignment from weight of the door. Otherwise, everything went together perfectly. On the hinge-side vinyl gap seal, think about how you trim it so the water sheds away from, not into, the lower hinge.

Purchased in feb 2021 purchased early due to supply issues with pandemic, un boxed and checked glass only. It was fine.Installed last weekend main weather stripping was damaged.Had to cut off bad spot, so basically what i have now will leak do not have the coverage on hinge areas as needed.Its a poor design any how should come pre cut already, would make it easier to handleFor non professionals.If i did again would have paind my glass guy the extra money for the 3hr rnd trip

This is a shower from Hell. It was VERY difficult to install. It took our very experienced contractor and his (big bruiser) helper 1 1/2 days to install. Only after the walls put into place and the door on do the directions say to seal under the walls. The "preset hinges" still have a space that allows water to escape. The sweeps when installed per the instructions do not stop any water. Needless to say the first test run was a disaster.

Panels came in warped preventing them to stick to the walls ended up screwing the panels on So upset!! Shower doors and pan no issues

Ordered the wrong finish. Ask to return or order new hardware. They make it extremely difficult to even purchase the correct hardware. Will not do business again with Dreamline.
