This enclosure is beautiful. The glass is thick and looks like what you would find at a high end hotel or spa. The quality is outstanding and looks and feels far more expensive than it is. My local supplier of these sort of things wanted about 4x this price for something very similar.It's not super complicated to install, but you definitely need two people for the job. The panels, especially the return is very heavy. Also, be careful putting it on the floor as the corners can chip pretty easily. Put cardboard / padding everywhere that will make contact with the glass prior to install.The instructions are good and clear- although reading them the first time, it seems more complicated than it really is. The installation took about 8 hours with 2 people. This was with multiple tests of the fit and re-cuts of the U-channels that hold the glass. A more experienced installer or one who takes better measurements the first time than I do could probably do it much more quickly.

This is a very nice and sturdy shower enclosure. For me, the instructions made it seem a lot more difficult of an installation than it really was, but I would still suggest following them. My package didn’t come with the shims, but I was able to make my own to ensure that the glass sat square in the channels.I would highly recommend and use the product again.

This shower was supposed to come as three pieces: 2 panels, and 1 door panel. I was only send 2 panels! I didn't check this until now, and my contractor is ready to go.. Worst of all: Amazon is telling me to contact the manufacturer about this (Dreamline) and Dreamline is telling me to contact Amazon! Not sure what to do at this point.. Needless to say I'm very disappointed and inconvenienced.

The shower glass is perfect. Well constructed, strong and heavy. However, the instructions are appalling. They give you like 8 different packets of instructions, with a guide telling you which ones to use. They tell you to install the door first which is a tremendous mistake. Install the other panels first, making sure they are level. Install the door last so that you are able to line it up with the other panels. I also recommend that your purchase some glass panel suction handles to move the glass. It’s very heavy (approx 250 lbs for the 3 panels). Overall it’s a great product but they could have simplified the instructions greatly.

This unit is very versatile. Reversible, adjustable, and easy to install. The directions for installation were very thorough. The homeowner was pleased. We will definitely use this company again.

This product came so well shipped and encased in material that there was no way it could have been damaged. My husband and I put it together (which was an achievement since the glass is incredibly heavy) - those who do not know what they are doing should have it professionally installed.I am thrilled with this shower enclosure

Great quality, looks fantastic. Cutting the U channel can be a little tricky: be sure to account for the fact that one piece of glass is resting flush (sitting in front of the other) at the corner. My reluctant father and I put it in in about 3 hrs. Get you a diamond drill bit and some clear silicone and you are good to go. I also picked up some clear plastic spacers at a local glass shop to put around the U channel to ensure it was level.

Imperfect seal between glass and metal frame, water seeping around edge of glass within metal frame at bottom; needed extra work.
