First and foremost, the little tied bow on the back of the neck of the shirt is so sweet and definitely coquette style. I was not expecting it to look that cute but it really dresses up the outfit. I see that there’s an example to wear the outfit with a belt but I think that might cut off the waist a little bit too much. It’s very flattering and doesn’t look too big and I got a lot of compliments when I wore it to work the other day with a pretty sweater since it’s still a little bit chilly outside.

I originally ordered it just for the skirt, thinking I would never wear the top, but I’m surprised and impressed by the top. It’s not really cropped on my petite frame, and because the skirt is high waisted on me, no skin is showing. The neckline and armholes also fit just right.
