I purchased this when we were selling a car for cash. It came in the normal packaging, but the top end was cut away! I was afraid this was a used and dry item, but it worked fine. Still, the packaging should not have been opened for a new product! (Therefore, I remove one star.) I end up giving the pen to the guy who purchased the vehicle as his wife runs a daycare and deals a lot in cash.I recommend purchasing -- but watch the packaging!
