We bought this for our seven y/o's birthday in the 48" size. We knew it would be big for him (he's about 50"), but the light weight made it very easy for him to use and could also support an adult. We chose it after doing some research that indicated this would be the best board for his usage and came highly rated. He had some experience skimboarding last year with a wooden board, but the difference in his performance and enjoyment with this fiberglass board was incredible! Skimboarding was his favorite part of our Maine vacation, and he spent hours by the water using it. Worth the investment and I would strongly recommend this board to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

This os probably the best company I ever bought from. The item I ordered came with a minor defect, the day after I contacted them they sent our a replacement. I received the 100% board, and returned the damaged one. Hands down the best customer service I have had in a long time. Buy from them, the board is amazing and the owners are even more amazing. Great product, BUY THIS BOARD!!!!

I don't write a lot of reviews but this company deserves one!First of all, if you've only used a plywood skimboard before, this will blow your mind. I couldn't believe the distance I could immediately achieve.The first board that came was damaged by the post office and they didn't hesitate to send me a replacement immediately. It's nice when a company will do what it takes to make it right.

I purchased this for my teenage goddaughter and she absolutely LOVES this for the beach! Lightweight and the shipping box it came in was pretty small, not too big.

It came with imperfections in the Finish but nothing serious After riding the board for about 3 hours there was normal wear on the back Edge which is completely acceptable, but about a half an inch away from the wear spot along the edge the laminates separated also when you look at the description it says the company is based out of California and some of our materials are sourced from China not the entire product was manufactured in China... I would return this board if I could but if it is used they will not accept a return
