I bought this cutter to machine several ARCA tripod mounting plates out of 6061 aluminum plate. It worked very well for this and I am pleased with the tool.

It is a good value if you need to cut a dovetail in mild or soft material - did a fine job.

Hard to find a good 45 degree done tail cutter. This fit the bill perfectly. So far seems durable and still sharp

There is nothing 3/4" inch about this product. So pretty useless to me.
