It is regularly pointed with a 45 degrees chamfer. The straight-flute design is recommended for most general purpose reaming. High-speed steel tools are good for most general purpose applications, offering a combination of hardness and toughness for wear resistance. Uncoated tools feature just the base substrate without any additional treatment or coatings and are suitable for a wide range of applications. Round shanks allow use with a wide variety of toolholding systems. Straight flute tools allow chips to collect in the flutes as they cut and are well suited for most applications in shallow cuts.

Purchased these to ream holes for a dowel pin press fit. First one I tried was the 0.124" reamer in aluminum. Drilled hole to 0.120" and then finished with reamer. Hole ended up at 0.125+ and was bigger than when I used a standard 0.125" reamer. When I checked the cutter using a micrometer it measured at 0.1255 worst case. So it was almost as big as the 0.126" reamer. Typical Chinese quality.

These did not come in a roll up pouch as pictured but in a case. Not particularly happy about that. Dimensional accuracy seems reasonable for the price.
