Worked great for opening up a tie rod hole in a new dropped spindle. Using a 1/2 drill made the job much faster.

Works as it should. If you use it properly with cutting oil, stays VERY sharp and does quick work.

Did what I needed. Used in a drill press on slow to enlarge mustang II knuckles to accept SN95 lower control arms/ ball joints. Only did the two, but still sharp.

Reaming out a steering arm of the same taper as the reamer itself. I didn't need to ream out much and should have been able to do it by hand but this reamer would not cut. I know how to ream and used plenty of cutting oil. All it did was rub. I think I got a bad one.

Cleaning up the steering arm rod end receiving bores is easy with this reamer.

Took all of ten minutes to sufficiently enlarge a taper to accept a larger balljoint, and that by hand. I should point out it would have been even faster but I was exceedingly careful as these uprights (Merkur XR4Ti) are now unobtainium.

The tool was very handy to have when I made some lower ball joint inserts on a Mk1 Cortina, even by hand operation the tool easily went through enough mild steel to create a perfect fit for the ball joint stud.

Reamed the first hole 90% of the way and it dulled out definitely not the best. I used lots of cutting oil and slow speed. Don't waste your money.
