A drill needs to be attached to the shaft, the device needs to be held, and with m THIRD hand I can turn the drill bit.

The disks wouldn't turn so I had to take it apart and put the pieces back where they belongOne of the plastic pieces was missing.All, in all pretty much junk. I won't be buying again obviously.
