Taped it to the pole on my longarm so centering a project is easy. Great product.

I bought this when I saw a YouTube video that a long arm quilter posted. It has truly helped me keep my quilt straight and even on my machine.

I’m using this to mark and center my longarm frame. Hard to find locally.

This is very handy for aligned edges of the quilt. Would appreciate it being a few inches longer in order to attach it on the ends of the long frame.

I finally got a squared up quilt easily by using this ruler. It has a 0" in the middle and I attached the ruler to my long-arm quilter dead bar with the 0" in the center and out to both sides from the center, ending at 72" on both sides of my 12' frame. The dead bar doesn't move during quilting and keeps the ruler easy to see at a glance.I attached the ruler with self adhesive hook and loop tape. And I'm glad to say the ruler is rigid enough that it did not stretch, and came out absolutely accurately on both ends. Then I centered the back and batting and finally the 44"quilt top on the 0 and smoothed out the top edge until each side reached the 22" mark. Then I basted the top edge and came down each side along the 22" mark. I had to use channel locks to keep the sides straight. But this ruler made it so easy to refrence the 22" and keep everything straight without having to guess and then square up a crooked quilt at the end.

Nice and big, like the 0 in the middle can keep my quilt equal on both sides of my longarm.

Just what you need for finding that middle spot and making sure that everything lines up. It's a good quality tape, not cheaply made. Hasn't stretched despite the few times I've tried to wrap it up and pulled while accidentally stepping on it.

So much easier to work out measurements when the centre is 0 and equal measurements go from left to right
