These are like the old school dress pens I remember my mother using when she would sew during my childhood. I love the durability of the pins as well as the fun and easy to see colors.

These are perfect for general sewing purposes. Slightly flexible but very strong, with smooth, sharp tips and large, nicely centered pearlized heads. They slip easily into various materials but don't fall out. The large heads help me find them when I drop one. I have to say that I haven't bought anything from Dritz that I didn't like.
