Went with a 92mm TB for my 6.0 build and it failed during tuning. Ported and polished my factory TB and went with this adapter and no issues at all. Quick bolt on adapter!

Installed in a 2001 Silverado 5.3 that we swapped from a v6 and it fit perfectly. Way cheaper than an auto parts store.

I bought this addapter to install an aftermarket intake in a 2004 silverado that has an electric throttle body. It works I bought the intake and didn't want to switch the truck to drive by cable so I found this addapter to make the stock silverado throttle body bolt to the aftermarket intake
