After watching a video on YouTube amazing mirror glass replacement it was so easy boys thought i will call them for help but nope took me 20 mins and that’s only because i did want to pull or break something important. Car place was going to charge me $50 for mirror and $50 labor diy $252008 Lexus’s rx350 car has not failed me nor have i :)

Good price for the value functional. Just make sure to take out the old clips and transfer them over to the new mirror.

took 5X longer to find instructions than to actually install. Fits great. Took 2 mins to install. Find a video that tells you to angle mirror up all the way, pry mirror from backing plate from the bottom -- once on left and once on right. then unhinge mirror by hinging it up from the bottom. 5 stars for product, minus 1 for 25 mins i spent looking for the right instructional video. Exact fit for passenger side Lexus Rx400H. Bargain at $25.

This mirror is nit of good quality. Its reflected image is smaller, similar to the passenger's OEM size, and is distorted. Does it fut, yes, but I would not recommend it.
