I purchased the 10 & 16oz jars. Perfect for the overnight oats, snacks and storage. I use the 16oz for servings and store chia seeds and flax in the 10oz jars. The jars are glass and lids are sturdy plastic with a removable rubber seal. They are dishwasher safe. Highly recommend
