Living in an apartment, it is difficult to play drums. Out of consideration for neighbors, I got this mat for my e drums. It has really dampened the sound considerably. While its not very thick, there is no slip or sliding. The rug looks good and is pretty well made. So far it has held up after many uses and works very well.

Generous size, great value.Just keep in mind that it's not super thick and won't absorb much, but for the price it's a great option.

Overall does the job but in outdoor environments it will show footprints because of the material, its not like a regular carpet. I have to flip it over to the nonskid side to avoid this.

Bought this for my son's room and for the price , it's perfect. Low pile so it's easy to vacuum and I didn't have any issues getting it to lay flat. He loves it !
